STEP BY STEP GUIDE ON HOW TO ORDER……

Size band – This is for pricing only – your detailed measurements will be used to actually make the clothes!

Fabric – We have photographed the fabrics & added descriptions, but you can also email for advice or to request a fabric swatch to make choosing easier!

Other Options – available on some designs - simply select any extra options you require.
MEASUREMENTS

Select the appropriate online form (use general if ordering more than one style).

Fill in the form as accurately as possible. The measurements will be treated with the strictest confidence, and will be used to make your clothes. Inaccurate measurements may mean a poor fit!

Add the completed form to the basket along with your order.

If you don’t have your measurements ready we will send an emailed form – please note that delivery times are worked out from receipt of measurements not order, so a delay in returning the form could mean a delay in receiving your order.

Offline payments – Cheque or credit/debit card. Please note we need to receive payment before we can dispatch goods. Your payment will not be processed until we begin work on your order. Card payments will be processed through a secure online terminal

Online payment – Transactions are through a secure server and are processed independently by Worldpay. We do not receive your card details and cannot specify when the payment is taken.

Made to order items – Delivery of items from the ‘Basic’ range is usually 2 – 3 weeks. Items from the ‘Special’ or ‘Custom’ sections usually take a little longer. (All delivery times can be longer during busy periods or if your order is large or complicated). If you need the garment for a specific date please state this clearly on the order form so we can be certain to get it to you in time! (If an item is needed within 3 weeks please get in touch before ordering to confirm whether delivery will be possible in time).

Sale items, tights & underwear are dispatched immediately on receipt of payment – usually same day or next day. Out of stock tights and underwear usually take about 7 – 10 days. You will be advised on ordering whether the item is in stock and how long delivery will be.
ALTERATIONS & RETURNS
Our aim at Room for Two is for every customer to be completely happy with their purchase!
In the unlikely event of a problem, we will be on hand to help.
The first thing to do in all cases is to contact us with details of your problem
- RETURNS - Please do not remove any tags or labels until completely happy with the garment. Returns can only be accepted if the clothes are returned in their original, unworn condition, complete with all tags and labels, within 10 days of receiving them. Postage on returns is at your own expense and risk. Please ensure goods are well packed. You should also obtain a 'Certificate of Posting', available free of charge at any Post Office.
- INCORRECT FIT - If you are not happy with the fit then we can either alter your clothes, or if this isn't practical a replacement will be made. If the problem is due to incorrect measurements being given, we reserve the right to charge postage for the replacement. You must notify us of any problems within 7 days of receipt of goods.
- FAULTS - All garments are made to a very high standard, and are checked during and after construction, but if you do find a manufacturing fault we will gladly replace the garment, providing wash-care instructions have been followed and clothes have been subject to only normal wear and tear.
In all cases please telephone or email with details of the problem before returning!
